Reward offered for man wanted in rape, prostitution of minors

Portland police are looking for a 33-year-old man who is wanted on warrants linked to forcing prostitution, sodomy, rape and sex abuse.
Crime Stoppers is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to Jammie Toyel Smith’s arrest. Portland police said all his alleged victims were girls.
He is 5-foot-8 and weighs 240 pounds. Police said he is sometimes called  “Punch,” which is tattooed on his stomach.  He also has a tattoo on his back with the words “Piru Gang.”
