WASHINGTON – Actress Kristen Stewart will appear nude in her new film Welcome to The Rileys.
The Twilight star plays a young lap dancer plus prostitute, and walks around naked in many scenes in James Gandolfini’s new flick.
Apparently, the teenage star was a little nervous to film the scenes, and so she asked her Twilight co-star Nikki Reed to join her on the set of the film in New Orleans, Louisiana.
“I’m going with Kristen to New Orleans… while she’s shooting and I’m a good support system… I have to go to be with Kristen,” Contactmusic quoted Reed as telling About.com.
But Stewart is excited about the film and feels that her nude shots will lure her fans to theatres.
She said: “It’s an independent movie that nobody would normally see and now it’s like, ‘Oh, let’s go see Bella (Twilight character) in this stripper movie; it’ll be crazy!’”

Revered American film critic Roger Ebert noted with a certain gravitas: “Here is an actress ready to do important things.”
Certainly Stewart likes the choices afforded her by Twilight and is too smart to complain about any downside. “It’s easier now to do things I really like, like an independent movie that nobody sees. Now it’ll be: ‘Oh, let’s go see Bella in this stripper movie!’ It’ll be crazy.” She laughs hard, like she’s loving it. The “stripper movie” in question –Welcome to the Rileys, starring The Sopranos’ James Gandolfini and last year’s surprise Best Actress Academy Award nominee Melissa Leo – is one she terms the “most fruitful life-changing movie experience I’ve ever had. It was the hardest subject-matter. I play a very broken young girl working in a strip club.”

Kristen Stewart portrays Joan Jett in The Runaways and Bella Swan in New Moon.
But the actress’ next role ought to bring her more attention than those two combined:
As a stripper in Welcome to the Rileys, Stewart will take it all off.
“It’s an independent movie that nobody would normally see,” Kristen told Star Magazine, “and now it’s like, ‘Oh, let’s go see ‘Bella’ in this stripper movie. It’ll be crazy!’”

She’s right. The film centers on Kristen’s character, as she helps to reunite a couple (James Gandolfini and nominee Melissa Leo) that has had trouble since the death of their young daughter.

But a horde of movie goers will soon see what you’re privy to every night.
Pattinson’s Twilight Saga co-star and likely girlfriend, Kristen Stewart, has lined up her next role: she’ll be appearing as a stripper in Welcome To The Rileys, an independent film starring James Gandolfini.
The flick centers around Stewart’s character, who unites a grieving couple (played by Gandolfini and Melissa Leo) that has drifted apart following the death of their young daughter.
“It’s an independent movie that nobody would normally see,” Stewart said, “and now it’s like, ‘Oh, let’s go see ‘Bella’ in this stripper movie. It’ll be crazy!’”
Yup. That pretty much sums up the sentiment of millions of fans.

According to the Examiner’s own Cultural Trends Examiner, Twilight star Kristen Stewart will soon appear in her first nude film scenes.  Stewart will be nude in her upcoming role as a stripper in Welcome to the Rileys, which also stars former Sopranos lead James Gandolfini. 
Talk about a metaphor for the stripping industry—America’s latest sweetheart dancing for America’s mob boss.
Natalie Portman played a stripper in Closer alongside Julia Roberts. Julia Roberts became Julia Roberts in Pretty Women of course where she played a prostitute. Natalie will always be Queen Amidala to me.
Real life pretty women in that industry are not always treated like royalty however. Some literally cross through ummm….twilight and over to the dark side. Others make it to the breaking dawn and emerge in the light.

Police Will Do Anything to Arrest People for Marijuana
Opponents of marijuana reform often try to act like it’s already no big deal. They say no one really gets in much trouble for it and it’s not a top priority for police. It’s a pretty desperate and counterintuitive strategy. It’s also total bullshit:
(AP) — TIGARD, Ore. – The Tigard Police Department has ended a sex-for-marijuana Internet sting because officers posting the online ads posed as promiscuous women, not prostitutes.
The officers posting the Craigslist ads posed as women willing to a have casual sexual encounter with men who had marijuana. No cash was involved. When the men showed up for the encounter, they were charged with prostitution and delivery of drugs.
Defense attorneys say the program was entrapment.
Ya think? I couldn’t ask for a better example of police taking advantage of people in order to put them in jail. The whole thing is perverted and I’m not talking about the people who responded to the ad.
